Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Loc Kween Studios
At Loc Kween Studios, we value both your time and ours. To provide the best experience for all clients, please review our updated cancellation policy below:
🔸 Cancellations & Reschedules:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
🔸 Late Cancellations (within 48 hours):
A 30% cancellation fee of the total service cost will be charged for any appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
🔸 No-Shows:
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the total service cost and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
🔸 Grace Policy:
We allow a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and considered a late cancellation.
🔸 Repeat Cancellations:
Multiple last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking access or a deposit requirement.
